Who is eligible for Adult Day Care Service?


To qualify for our Adult Daycare program, each applicant must meet a certain specific eligibility criteria required by the Department of Health and Senior Services. Any client with a Medical Diagnosis such as; Hypertension, Diabetes, Cognitive Impairment, Dementia and/or Depression qualifies for our services. Mi Casa Es Su Casa, Inc is open to serve all without regard to race, color, sex, natural origin, handicap or religion.

What services will I receive at Mi Casa?

• Individualized Medical, Nursing, Social, Dietary and Personal Care Needs
• Hot Well-Balanced, Nutritious Meals
• Supportive Counseling Provided by a Licensed/Certified Social Worker
• Free Transportation
• Assistance with Community Resources and Referrals
• Access to Visiting Physician Specialists
• Assistance with Medication Management


How many days a week can I come to Mi Casa?

Your Medicaid/HMO will determine the number of approved dates. Most patients attend 3-5 days per week.

How long do I have to stay in program?

The program is for a minimum of five hours per day.

How will I get to Mi Casa?

Mi Casa will provide you with door to door transportation to and from the facility. In addition, we will transport you to your physician appointments.

How can I pay for Adult Medical Day Care?

Services provided by Mi Casa Es Su Casa, Inc. are covered 100% by Medicaid/ HMO but only to qualified members.
